Exploring creative tech culture between Hong Kong and Helsinki.

 
 

To raise awareness of the important role creative technology plays in modern marketing, TBWA Hong Kong worked with TSESER to create a series of short documentaries exploring creative tech culture in Hong Kong and abroad. The series increased the agency's thought leadership presence, which led to PR coverage, increased digital and creative tech work with clients and helped position the agency to win Campaign’s Digital and Creative Agency of The Year for the Hong Kong market. 

 
 
 

In addition, Tseser produced Rise of the Chatbots, a Black Mirror-esque documentary about chatbot marketing aimed at helping TBWA explore industry issues and questions through its own business leaders. As technology and aspects of daily life become automated, the conversation around the use of chatbot marketing has left marketers both intrigued by the possibilities but also cautious of the downsides.
